This flat roofed building measuring 300cmx300cm (9'8x9'8) designed to sit in the corner of your garden. This building has double opening doors perfect for summertimer working with two fixed windows with ventilation grates. The doors and windows are fitted with 4mm thick safety glass as standard but we can offer the option of double glazed units.

The flat roof is constructed in two layers, the top layer is designed to slope backwards to form an integral gutter which makes it simple to set up a drainage system. The roof is manufactured using a rubber mat edged with aluminium strips to create a watertight finish.

The construction of this office is specially designed to be a simple DIY task that provides a solid end structure. The milled wall sections fit into corner uprights which means there is no need for nails or screws. The extremely stable construction is very easy to assemble.

The price above includes a standard foor with 28mm timber walls, you can upgrade to 44mm wall thickness and add floor and roof insulation to give a warm and comfortable working environment. Please call to discuss options.

All buildings are untreated as standard. To provide optimum protection you must treat the wood as quickly as possible both internally and externally. Ideally first with an impregnating agent and then with a stain/paint.
